impossible to create new folders ftp after plesk10 update

hi

i have updated plesk and strange error !

with old ftp access or new i cant create in folders, even with plesk manager

i get error
Impossible de créer le répertoire //web_users/test: filemng failed: mkdir: cannot create directory `/var/www/vhosts/xxxxxxx//web_users/test': Permission denied
filemng: Error occured during /bin/mkdir command.

i changed my domain by xxxxxxx

i can delete or change file names already uploaded and upload new files

problem seems just for folders

if someone has an idea...

getting the same error, can't create new directories via ftp account after upgrading to plesk 10.

solution

Hi wuzimu

i got the same problem and found "a" solution

u must sign off and sign in again on plesk

its a problem with sessions it seems when u are too long time connected to plesk

hope it will help !
