I have a problem concerning a new installation plesk Version 17.0.17 under ubuntu 16.04 on dedicated server OVH

I did several installation and always the same result. Knowing that my site worked without worries and that by doing the update plesk, the web mail, no longer works at all.

7.0.15 by OS vendor mod_php = The handler cannot be enabled because the corresponding Apache module is turned off

So I no longer have any mail from the server, no cron mail, no domain creation mail and nothing from the script that uses the mail server function.
