Issue Impossible to install some applications

Hello,

I have a dedicated server and version 17.0.17 Update #15 of Plesk Onyx.

I am unable to install some applications like "FTP TODAY" :
The following error has occurred during the installation of application:
Installation of FTP TODAY - Hosted Secure File Sharing failed. Error in application metadata: setting metadata with id 'affiliateid' cannot be found

It seems that the reason could be that the Enhanced security mode is enabled... but it's impossible to disable it !

So please what can i do ?

Try to run

# plesk bin aps --clear-cache

before aps installation and check how it goes on.

Done, but it still does'nt work :

However, i can install other applications (like Net2ftp)...
