inbox problem

Hi,

When i try to change an inbox password i obtain an error like this:

Cant configure password:
mailmng failed: Run-Time error: MEAPO.Mailbox.GetMailbox failed

any solution to this?

Errors like this caused by corrupted ME config files. You can fix it with mchk.exe utility. Run from %plesk_bin% mchk.exe with necessary keys to reconfigure single domain or "mchk.exe --all --fix=all" to rebuild all ME configs according Plesk db.

Yes, it fix the problem. Always is th same command, i think that execute always the same command isnt the better solution...

Such problem is rare. But if similar will occur again you can recover problem domain using:

mchk.exe --domain --domain-name=domain.com
