Included in backup!

Hi.
I've just tried to find what is included in the backup that can be done from the server panel?
If the server goes down, can I set up a new server and use the backup from the old?
Please help us understand what files and settings that are included in the backup.

Sitebuilder 4.5 full backup includes the following data:

# User accounts
# Sites (with content, including modules)
# Site families
# Page sets
# Hosts
# General Plesk Sitebuilder settings and license
