Hi,
I have a question which is asked me by a customer, yesterday.
Under the Mail tab, at the end of the line where the e-mail adress is written, there are two little buttons. One opens webmail on a new browser window, the other shows how to configure the mail account on mail client programs like Outlook (email configration helper).
My question is,
When I click on that email configration helper, it shows me "the domain name" as outgoing and incoming mail servers. But, we have to put "mail." at the beginning of it, to make it work. For example; domain.com is our domain name and we have an [email protected] email account. In order to make it work on Outlook, we have to configure its incoming and outgoing mail servers like "mail.domain.com". But, this is not what's written in there.
Is there a way to make it show the correct servers?
Would appraciate an answer, as my customer is waiting from me one, too...
Thanks in advance!
