• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello, I discovered that I am not receiving emails from certain senders. The emails are not sent to spam, they are just not delivered anywhere. I checked the mail log and found this entry which matches the sender's domain:
Wrong the essential DMARC policy parameters for 'xyzxyz.com': 'Found DMARC record containd a bad token value' (I replaced the actual domain to xyzxyz.com in this post)

I checked the DMARC and it is: v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; adkim=s; aspf=s

The spam folder is working fine, collecting emails that fail the test, but this particular domain is being completely blocked. It is a legit domain from my insurance agent! Any ideas on how to resolve this? I am able to get her emails to my gmail.
