incoming mails to hosted sites not working

I am running Plesk 9

Email server is activated and was working ok, until all of a sudden, no incoming mail is accepted. I get permanent error message "The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 <[email protected]>: invalid address (state 14).·

Please support. I can give more indications but don't have a clue where to start to find a solution. I have tried rebooting all services, i.e. postfix, dns, apache... and didn't work, I rebooted the server and didn't work either.

Outgoing mail works (I activated webmail to test it), and also incoming mail in webmail works when the outgoing mail is sent from the Webmail.

I have not performed any task on the server since it was working till I identified the problem.

First of all try to rebuild mailserver configuration with

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam

And inform if it not help. Error messages from maillog would be very useful too.
