Resolved Inconsistency detected by ld.so during Apache Reload/restart

Pascal_Netenvie

Regular Pleskian
Hello,
Sometimes in the morning when some process restart apache (after log rotation or update) we have an error and Apache crash.
In apache log we see that :
Inconsistency detected by ld.so: ../sysdeps/x86_64/dl-machine.h: 523: elf_machine_rela_relative: Assertion `ELFW(R_TYPE) (reloc->r_info) == R_X86_64_RELATIVE' failed!

At this moment the only way to fix seems to restart server.

Do you have an idea about that ?

This server runs Debian 9 with 4.9.0-8-amd64 x86_64 Kernel.

Regards.

Did you perform a dist-upgrade there? In this case, the reason may be related to the uncompleted successfully dist-upgrade.
I'd suggest you check corrupted packages with:
Code:
# debsums -c | xargs -rd '\n' -- dpkg -S | cut -d : -f 1 | sort -u

BTW, is this Virtuozzo VPS?

Thanks for answer.

No dist-upgrade performed on this server.
And debsums command not found by bash ...
And it's not a virtuozzo VPS, physical dedicated server.

Hmm... There is no such thing on my server with Plesk.
I would try reinstalling the linux-headers package first.

Is it normal that i have this in apt sources on a 18.0.x plesk :
Code:
deb [arch=amd64] http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PMM_0.1.11 stretch all

****, problem occured again this morning ...
First reboot don't solved the problem, and after a second reboot it was ok.
And always the same message in apache error log when we have 500 error :

Code:
Inconsistency detected by ld.so: ../sysdeps/x86_64/dl-machine.h: 523: elf_machine_rela_relative: Assertion `ELFW(R_TYPE) (reloc->r_info) == R_X86_64_RELATIVE' failed!
