• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Incorrect cert keeps showing for default shared IP

Hi

I am using a 3 IP addresses, 2 exclusive and one shared

I now want to set the default certificate for the shared IP address (this will work for one of the domains allocated to this IP and not for the others obviously)

So, I need to set:

84.45.66.62 -> aston.voodoo.uk.com

Now, I have taken the following steps:

  1. Installed the certificate though Server>Certificate
  2. Made this the default certificate
  3. Allocated this certificate to the correct IP address
  4. Gone into the client and made sure that IP address is available
  5. Setup the domain and entered the correct IP address which then automatically shows the correct certificate
    [/list=1]

    so, everywhere now on plesk when I access the domain name aston.voodoo.uk.com I can see the correct cert assigned.

    However, If I access http://84.45.66.62 it brings up one of the certificates used on another (exclusive) IP addresses.

    I have stopped/started apache to no avail

    any ideas?
