Issue Incorrect time in backup and the file generated from this one

SM-Netuy

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Windows Server 2016
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.53 Update 2
Current behavior:

When the backup is in progress it show from the GUI the UTC time in the Creation Date column but when it finish this one is automatically changed displaying the GMT time and the file that is generated also stay with the timestamp from GMT.

Expected behavior:

The backup and file generated using the correct time defined in the system.

There was also a problem with time modification in file manager and was solved with:
  1. Set correct value in %plesk_dir%\admin\htdocs\.user.ini
  2. Restart Plesk Management Service.
But this not solve the problem previously commented.

This is a known product issue that first become known at the end of June 2023. It will be fixed in a future update of Plesk. For reference the internal ID is PPPM-14039.
