• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Incorrect time in Track Email Delivery

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 Update #6
Hello,

Could someone please help me with an issue?
When I navigate to Domain > Mail > Track Email Delivery, the displayed time is incorrect (there is a 2-hour difference).
This issue only occurs in Track Email Delivery—all other logs are displaying the correct time.

I am guessing you're closer to the UTC because that log is based off of UTC and not server or local time, and I don't think there's an option to show it local time (at least I didn't saw it when taking a look in my own panel).

There is no time zone configuration for Track Email Delivery in Plesk at the moment, due to which timestamps use only UTC always. This situation is tracked as a bug with ID #EXTPLESK-6089. At this point, I cannot provide an ETA for the fix or a suitable workaround. Thanks in advance for your understanding and patience on the matter.
