• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Increasing Spam White and Blacklist limits

David Jimenez

Basic Pleskian
It seems that Plesk will either use the white and black lists under Tools & Settings\Spam Filter\ or under Mail\usermailbox\Spam Filter\Advanced Settings. This appears to be switched on or off in the Tools & Settings\Spam Filter\General Settings where you can either Switch on server-wide SpamAssassin spam filtering or Apply individual settings to spam filtering.

The issue is there is a limited on the size of the lists on individual email accounts to around 100 entries and about 85 on the server wide list. This limit creates an issue for some email boxes and we would like to just implement a standard white and black list at the server level but there isn't an option to expand the list past these limits.

Is there a setting somewhere that will get us past the server wide white and blacklist limits?
