From within the Plesk control panel you cannot. You would have to edit the global httpd.conf, find the line beginning with "DirectoryIndex" and modify it.
Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, we have no knowledge to change anything in the Apache settings, but appreciate you took the time to respond. Strange however that such features are available in Ensim and not in Plesk. Maybe something for the developers for a future upgrade.
The only advice I can give you is - as a server admin, you should at least familiarize yourself with the use of SSH to login to the server as 'root' to be able to do certain administrative tasks, and you should have some basic knowledge about the OS and certain software packages (Apache, mySQL, PHP).
Basic editing of Apache files is not that difficult, kind of like using MSDos to edit a batch file.
I know other panels such as ensim and cPanel/WHM have many 'bells and whistles' for doing tweaks to the server, but Plesk is not currently up to that level of spit and polish. Maybe some day....
