• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

These two folders exist on the system but I was wonder what the effects of not restoring these folders would be if it came to restoring the system?

These two folders together almost triple the size of our backup. From what I can see, the default folder is a bunch of junction linked folders, so not backing up the contents of each domain folder in the default folder and just backing up the folders themselves is essentially the same thing as backing everything up. In fact, I don't know how PLESK would cope with a restore of this kind.

Any comments etc. would be appreciated.
