New Pleskian
I´ve migrated to a new vps provider.
In old reseller, if i have problem with plesk, and neither can solve the problem, they told me they push ticket in plesk for assistance.
My new reseller told me they don't take me assistance in plesk products.

What is the channel to ask for assistance?

if you would like "personel support", then please consider opening a support - ticket ( Parallels - Support ).

If you would like help with investigations and if you accept suggestions from the Plesk community, then please open a new thread, add existing log - files and depending configuration files, include your operating system and the current Plesk version ( incl. MU ) and describe your issue/problem. You will notice, that most problems and issues can be solved with the help of KB - articles and often enough, the issues/problems already have existing threads/posts here in the forums.
