Install error

I download both of the 7.6 installs. Each time I run them it gets almost to the end them comes up with the following error:

There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A script required for this installation to complete could not be run. Please contact your package vendor.

This is a new machine with Windows 2003 server installed. I even reloaded OS to make sure.

Anyone have any suggestions that I could try.

Go my dedicated server company to install it for me. Problem fixed.
