i wanna Transfer all my data from other plesk server to my plesk server
how i can install this componet for plesk 12.0.18 (windows)?
 
As any other Plesk components - Tools & Settings -> Updates and Upgrades -> Add/Remove Components
 
Make sure that port 8447 is not firewalled and Plesk autoinstaller repository accessible. Ask your system administrator help.
 
What sort of related error messages in autoinstaller log C:\ParallelsInstaller\autoinstaller3.log ?

I see nothing suspicious in log. What sort of problem do you have exactly? Could you please describe it in detail?
