I'm not finding ways to install Parallels Plesk Panel 9.5.4 MU # 27.
I tried http://kb.parallels.com/en/9294 steps, but I can not move on these points:

1.Using the Command Line Interface:
Windows:
To install all patches on PP or PP SBP 10 for Windows, use the following command:
%plesk_dir%\admin\bin>ai.exe --select-product-id panel --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FILE 'ai.exe' DOES NOT EXIST IN MY SYSTEM!

2. Using Parallels Panel GUI:
a) Parallels Plesk Panel 9.5: Home -> Updates -> Select the Panel version which has updates -> click Install.

In 'Available updates' tab show 'No Available updates'.
In 'Installed Updates' tab show 'No Installed updates'.
In 'Update settings' tab show i have the 'Automatically update Parallels Plesk Panel' enabled and 'Notify that updates are available for download. Do not download and install any updates automatically." checked.
My Parallels Plesk Panel is the 9.5.4 version, in Windows 2003 64bits Server.
