Install Plesk for windows Error

i have install plesk but have error

I am newbe for Plesk. Actual error is,

installing Plesk settings...
MSI: Error! There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
Failed to install 'C:\ParallelsInstaller\parallels\PANEL-WIN_12.5.30\dist-msi-Microsoft-2003-i386\panel.msi': Fatal error during installation. (Error code 1603)
Error: The installation of the package 'panel' failed with code 1603. (install: installing Plesk settings...)
Not all packages were installed.
Please, contact product technical support.

Code 1603 is very common Microsoft error code. If you try to use KB search for phrase "code 1603" you will see a lot of different cases and reasons for this issue. So, detailed investigation and troubleshooting is required, especially autoinstaller log. Contact Plesk Support Team if you are not familiar with it.

error 500 fix by permission file in c:/windows
