Hi,

I've removed old boost 1.33 and installed 1.39 via yum.. now, plesk wont work anymore because while yum removing the boost, it also removed psa.. I'm trying to re-install it via autoinstaller but now, I'm getting this error;

Downloading the file PSA_10.4.4/plesk-10.4.4-cos5-x86_64.inf3: 14%..20%..30%..40%..51%..60%..70%..80%..90%..100% done.
ERROR: The root element is named incorrectly in the file /root/parallels/PSA_10.4.4/plesk-10.4.4-cos5-x86_64.inf3
Not all packages were installed.
Please, contact product technical support.

how do I fix this? I've plesk 9.3.0 installed before, I want to install recent version of plesk with recent version php, mysql, boost, apache.

I am also getting this error with a Server running CentOS 5 64bit.

This appears to have been fixed on the system I was doing it by upgrading to "9.5.4" then up to "10.0" and then up to "10.0.1" I then upgraded straight to "10.4.4".

Hi,

I'm getting the same error while upgrading from 10.2 to 10.4.4:

ERROR: The root element is named incorrectly in the file /root/parallels/PSA_10.4.4/plesk-10.4.4-cos5-x86_64.inf3
Not all packages were installed.
Please, contact product technical support

Any ideas what's wrong?

Thanks!

Problem was fixed @Debian5 + Plesk 9.5.4 through installing all available updates

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-release-current --upgrade-installed-components

Hi,

I got the same error message trying to install both Plesk Panel 9.5.4 and 10.4.4

I am running CentOS release 5.8 (Final) on a VPS.

How could i resolve this?

Please make sure that you download the latest autoinstaller. If you upgrade Plesk from old Plesk version (less than Plesk 9.5.4), please download the latest autoinstaller using link http://www.parallels.com/download/plesk/ and launch Plesk upgrade using it. For example:
# ./parallels_installer_v3.12.0_build120601.16_os_CentOS_5_i386
then choose appropriate Plesk version to upgrade.
