Installation Error

Hello,
I am this getting error when installing Plesk 6.5.

Error:
Error 1334 The file 'pdf.gid.....4544FDDSADasd......' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file Cabs.m57. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.

I downloaded file from plesk.com

Make sure all your temp directorys are empty. Also, is this the patch or the full install? I have seen an issue with a missing file that doesn't exist regarding the Patch. We had to have Plesk install the patch for us. Unsure how to remedy that without going through Plesk support if it is hte patch.
