Installation Issue

Hello all,

We just ran the auto installer on our fresh CentOS 6.4 server and we get the following results:

ERROR: Failed to run the Yum utility.
The Yum utility failed to install the required packages.
Attention! Your software might be inoperable.
Please, contact product technical support.

We then tried to access the panel and it would not load.

I then went into the command line and tried the following:

./psa start
Starting psa... Starting sw-engine-fpm: [ OK ]
done
Starting xinetd service... done
Starting sw-cp-server service... failed
Starting mysqld service... failed
Starting named service... failed
Starting postgresql service... failed
Starting spamassassin service... done
Plesk: Starting Mail Server... already started
Starting psa... Starting sw-engine-fpm:
done
Starting drwebd service... done

So obviously something did not happen during install.\

Any ideas????

We did a manual update of Yum and this is what we got during the second attempt to install:

Can you please try to run following command on your server and check again

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base
