Question Installation of open-xchange

Hey,

i tried so many things to install OX on my Server/Domain and it always fails without any useful error message

OS: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
Plesk Onyx: 17.0.17 Update #12

I downloaded the application via the application vault and wanted to install it on a subdomain (https://ox.myDomain.de)

Open-Xchange-Installationsserver *
(OX installation host: IP Address of the Server

The error messages are like:

Creating OX context 10

Not Found
-----------------------------------
or like:
-----------------------------------
Creating OX context 7

Could not connect to host

Would be really cool if you could help me

Open XChange normally needs pre-configuration by the host's operator. Has that been done?

Hm, not that i knew of.

Is there any recent (new) Version of what should have to be done for the pre-config?

It needs configuration in Tools&setting > Application Vault > Open-Xchange > Settings.
