When I try to install Plesk, the installation stop and an error message appears telling I can't install Plesk because Microsoft IIS isn't installed. But IIS is installed!

What is Windows version? Could you please share here exact error message text?

Did you somehow customize IIS before Plesk installation?

I didn't. It is just like when it has been installed.
