  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Notmally, Plesk installation takes about 30 minutes - 1 hour.
 
On FreeBSD installation/upgrade may take significant time since all dependencies are built from ports and compilation takes a lot of time.
To check the status you may log into the server by SSH and check if 'autoinstaller' is running. Also, 'tail -f /tmp/autoinstaller3.log' will provide you with current status.
