Installatron is an auto-installer plugin for Plesk Reloaded (7.5 and 8.x) that allows your users to install and upgrade a large number of free web scripts at the click of a button:

Version 3.4 sees the inclusion of a much-requestion feature: administrators now have the ability to forcibly upgrade any user installs from an easy-to-use overview tool. This functionality also extends to the CLI/shell tool set.
