installing bind-utils on CentOS 5

Hi, I am in need of installing bind-utils on a CentOS 5 system and here's what I get:
Installing:
bind-utils i386 30:9.3.4-10.P1.el5_3.1 updates 167 k
Updating:
bind i386 30:9.3.4-10.P1.el5_3.1 updates 953 k
bind-libs i386 30:9.3.4-10.P1.el5_3.1 updates 836 k

It looks like there will be apdates to bind and bind-libs, will this cause any damage or is it safe to install?
