Installing Plesk, SmarterTools, and Microsoft Updates

Does anybody have more accurate installation instructions then SW-Soft manual.

First, I have a freshly installed Windows 2003 Server w/ SP2. Should I install none, some, or all of the Microsoft updates for Windows 2003 Server.

Secondly I want to use SmarterTools, SmarterMail, SmarterStats, and SmarterTicket. Should I install this before or after I install Plesk 8.1, and is there any pre-configurations I need to do in SmarterMail, SmarterStats, and SmarterTicket before I install Plesk 8.1 or should I just install SmarterMail, SmarterStats, and SmarterTicket, and then immediately install Plesk 8.1.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Our current Plesk server is on its last leg and I need to get this new server up as soon as I can, so I can transfer the domains.

I would recommend installing Plesk first, you can un-select the options for MailEnable, and AWstats/Webalizer if you don't need these.

Once Plesk is installed and working you can go ahead and install the Smarter* Apps. Once they are installed you should head over to "Server -> Components Management" within Plesk and switch the different components to use these if not already done so.
