Is Sitebuilder primarily designed to be integrated with Plesk or standalone? Which one is recommended? Which is most popular?

Sitebuilder was initially designed to be standalone with abilities for integration with any control panel via API. Most popular usage is Plesk integrated Sitebuilder.
