• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

New Pleskian
Hello,
I have a Plesk installed on a server hosted by 1and1.fr.
The software version is 17.5.3.
I upgraded the MySQL server to 5.6.37.
When I go on my interface and I create a new domain name, this one is created well but it does not appear on the list of domains. If I look for it, I see it but I do not have access to it.
Can you help me ?

Could you please clarify a little bit. You have created subscription for your domain. You see created subscription in Subscriptions list and can manage this subscription but you do not see corresponding domain in Domains list, right?

I created the domain befast.fr but it does not appear in the list of domains (see screenshot : Plesk.png ).

On the other hand, when I use the search engine and I type befast, it appears well but I do not have access (see screenshot).

Well, I see that domain befast.fr is accessible now. But in addition, I see that you entered to Plesk not as an admin, but with your client's login. Have you checked this issue as Plesk admin?

I am logged in as "Laurent Guiochet" and this user is "administrator".
When I log in, my user is admin

Maybe you have reached license limit for number of domains?

I just look in the license manager, the domain names are unlimited:

Next update of the license 16 Oct 2017
User Accounts (Customers and Resellers) Unlimited
Unlimited Domains
Domain Aliases Unlimited
Unlimited mail accounts
Unlimited Web Users
