0xc0000142 is "DLL Initialization failed". Looks like there are issues with desktop heap on your system and new process cannot be initialized properly.
Do you experience this during backup process? or during restore?
How many memory do you have on your server?
Is this backup started manually, or this is scheduled backup?
It is important to understand if you are launching these processes using RDP or WinRM, or in background (in case of scheduled backup).

TEMPORARY WORKAROUND:

There is one setting you can try to change in Windows that could solve this issue:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\SubSystems\Windows

The "Windows" value is a long string. One part of the string will say something like "SharedSection=1024,20480,768". The third number (768 in this example) is the one you want to change. Increase it 4096 and reboot. If the problem goes away you had a desktop heap problem.
 
One more question - how many extensions do you have installed in Plesk?

How many memory do you have on your server?
16Gb and only use 4Gb

Is this backup started manually, or this is scheduled backup?

I found this error too "Cannot write to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\repository\tokens\PLSK.*******.****: Permission denied" , but I think ar not related

How many such errors (about task-async-executor.exe) do you have in event log? If this was only once, then maybe it was temporary issue with resources on server (not memory, but processes count), and you should ignore this problem.

If this is regular issue, then, please enable debug logs in panel.ini as described here - https://kb.plesk.com/en/124097
Mostly I am interested in this option:

after that, please repeat the same operation that produces the error (scheduled backup), and after that please send %plesk_dir%\admin\logs\php_error.log to me in PM

p.s. error with \repository\tokens\ is not related and not critical
 
OK, I enable panel.ini and will wait to next error event, beacuse always appear 1 time per week (scheduled backup).

The stats of memory is ok in all month. ... well I wait the next error and will update the post.
