Internal error: Bad file list

New Pleskian
Hi,
I'm running Plesk 12.0.18 Update #3 on my Windows Server.

I've added a Domain and E-Mailaddress to Plesk.

When I click on the Email address I receive the following error message:

Internal error: Bad file list

Message Bad file list
File MailNameFilesList.php
Line 55
Type PleskFatalException

How can I fix this problem?

It looks like that upgrade procedure was not completed successfully. Try to run update again with

%plesk_dir%\admin\bin>ai.exe --select-product-id panel --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base

Hello IgorG

Also got the same error when clicking on an E-Mailaddress did not work for me with the update command entered, can give me some assistance on this problem?

Could you please to run this command: %plesk_bin% mailmng.exe --list-attachments --domain-name=your.domain --mailname=your.mail.name (where 'your.mail.name' it's part your email before '@')
and provide me output.
Thanks.

Hello!
Unfortunately we can't reproduce it.
Could you install latest update 4 on Plesk?

Hi ykuzakova.

My problem is the same as the Dennis213.

I use:
Plesk version 12.0.18 Update # 4
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1.

And when I click on an e-mal tab e-mail returns the error:

Internal error: Bad file list
Bad message file list
File MailNameFilesList.php
line 55
Type PleskFatalException

I ran the command passed to Dennis213 run, the output was this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>mailmng.exe --list-attachments
--domain-name=hospedavix.com --mailname=class
Loaded Postoffice Configuration Provider (MEAIPO.DLL)

Can you help me in this problem?

Hello. I try to reproduce this bug on Windows 2008R2x64, clean installation of Plesk, Update #4 with Mail server MailEnable Standard 8.50.
I can't reproduce it.
I'd like to know more information:
* Which Mail server do you use?
* Do you have clean installation, upgrade or migration/restore?
* If upgrade/migration/restore, which version of Plesk and mail server was before upgrade/migration/restore?
* Do you have just created mailbox(clean) or with some content and attachements?
* Maybe you have autoresponder with attachement, forwarding on mailbox or something else?
* How do you create mail account? Maybe via CLI/API-RPC?
* Maybe you have some specific settings of subscription/domain?
* Do you create mailbox for main domain of subscription or for addon domain?

Hello!
You need to update MailEnable on your server to latest version.
