Internal error: Wrong encryption key size

When I create a new subscription in Plesk 11.5 for Windows, i'm shown the following message:

Internal error: Wrong encryption key size

Message Wrong encryption key size
File aps_php.php
Line 237
Type Exception

Any help please?

If I correctly understand it is VPS with Plesk deployed from Parallels Operations Automation? I have found mention about this error in our internal resources only in this context and it is related to VPS or POA provisioning processes issues.
So, I think that it would be better if you contact Support Team with this very rare issue. They will check and fix it directly on your server.
