Internal SiteBuilder error

Hello,

One of our customers has a problem when editing his website in Site Builder. He can go to the administration panel but when he click on the pen to edit the website the following error message occur :

Internal SiteBuilder error.
File: /opt/sitebuilder/include/SB/Site/Structure.php; Line: 226
Message: Cannot init site structure from file '/opt/sitebuilder/htdocs/sites/03/03bcf435c7ee2ddf8cd432f7bbce7802/site.xml'.; Code: 0

He said me that the last things he do is to add the meta tags for his pages (on the Site Builder).

Has anyone a solution about this problem ?

First of all file '/opt/sitebuilder/htdocs/sites/03/03bcf435c7ee2ddf8cd432f7bbce7802/site.xml'
should be checked for proper content. I can also suggest you to check Sitebuilder admin Logs section for more details messages. It is hard to say what can be the reason for this but try to check list of file in '/opt/sitebuilder/htdocs/sites/03/03bcf435c7ee2ddf8cd432f7bbce7802/
and site.xml file also.
