I am getting this error and have no clue how to decipher what it means.

When I go look at the file mentioned, at that line number, its a line in the middle of a HUGE binary block

Okie, this error is because the domain that the customer was building hadn't transfered the A record to the new server and sitebuilder was "checking" to see if the publish would work.
