IonCube dose not work

Hello

I have a problem with de IonCube installation. What ever I try, it dose not working.
If I look on the PHP Status, the IonCube Module dose not starts (http://www.terasys-network.com/info.php).
I saved the Files on many different locations on the Server - every time the same problem.

Have anyone a solution for this?
