Hi, after upgrading from 7.5.6 to 7.6 I am getting the following error: (Failed loading C:\program files\ioncube\ioncube_loader_win_4.3.dll) the file "ioncube_loader_win_4.3.dll" is in the folder so anyone knows how to fix this? Thanks

Check the file permissions on C:\program files\ioncube\ioncube_loader_win_4.3.dll

Plesk 7.6 has a wierd way of tightning file permissions.

Yes I understand but what permissions should there be? Thanks

Had to add permission for "Everyone" :)

Adding permissions for the Everyone group is an extremely bad security practice!! You should grant the least permissions to exactly the users/group that requires it (I think in your case it's psacln). Also, I hope you didn't grant anything more than read and execute, as usually people grant full control and that's also extremely bad.

How can we deal with Plesk's new way of managing permissions?

I just removed "Everyone" and gave "psacln" Read and Execute permission and it works.:)
