• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

IP Addresses Stop Responding

Hi

I dont know if this is Plesk or a Virtuozzo problem but my Windows Virtual Plesk Server IP addresses just stop responding for many hours throughtout the day for no apparent reason.

There's nothing reported in the sys or app event viewer in Windows 2003 so I'm lost.

When I can reconnect via RDS the server seems fine and appears to be as I left it when the IP disconnected.

Could there be an issue with the SWSoft Virtual Network Adaptor or the server itself?

Regards

Colin

I have a similar issue, I had to turn off the Windows Firewall and install another software firewall. It still happening but not as much as when I was using the windows firewall. Are you still having this issue ?
