When I create a customer and allocate one dedicated IP ( exclusive ) one, the system told me that ip address is already assigned to another user. I checked the ip table and each user, it was not assigned at all.
And then I go to that newly created user account, and assign that ip it works.
I think it is a bug that disallow assigning exclusive ip address ( dedicated ip addresses ) to users during the user account creation process. Hope this will be corrected in the new version.
