Is compression/gzip possible with Windows Plesk/IIS?

New Pleskian
I'm running Plesk v12.0.18 on Microsoft Windows 6.1 with Microsoft IIS 7.5 web server and am going around in circles trying to find out how to enable gzip/deflate or some kind of compression.

Looking at the Plesk UI, there's a very short list of options available in the Web Server settings (Default documents, MIME types etc) so I'm assuming if there is a way to achieve this, I need to manually edit some file in some way!!

Hugely appreciate any tips on the appropriate next steps to enable compression on my web server - even if it's just to point me in the direction of documentation that I've so far been unable to find with Google. Thanks!
