Question Is it possible to redirect the domain but not the directories?

Hi,

Is plesk capable of redirecting the main domain (example.com to betterexample.com) but accepting the requests for a directory (example.com/forum)?

Plesk server is capable of working in such a setup but the actual redirect needs to be set up manually.

There are several approaches on how to do this, including one through the Plesk's GUI, but it it still a manual process.

Your use case is not common.
As Alex said, there are some approaches to this depending on the nature of your setup.
