Is plesk cleaning old temp files automatically ?

Hi,

I've installed plesk panel 9.5.4 on windows server 2008 and noticed that C:\Windows\Temp and C:\Program Files
(x86)\Parallels\Plesk\PrivateTemp are growing drastically.

Is plesk cleaning them automatically or do i need to delete them manually ?
