Is Plesk 7.5.2 for linux/unix a beta version or current stable release?

Is it safe for me to update my plesk to latest version 7.5.2 from a 7..5.1?

I'd say you'll have few problems, but Plesk753 isn't too far off now so it may be worth waiting to minimise disruption to service.

Does not too many of them translate into less than 3? I thought I recalled someone around here mentioning mid-April at some point...

You'll not know that until it arrives. Software release dates, particularly with SWsoft, are very flexible.
