  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Is possible migration from Plesk 12.5.30 (CentOS 6.5) to Onyx (Centos 7)

New Pleskian
Hello, i have a server with Plesk 12.5.30 and Centos 6.5 Final.
Is possible the migration from Plesk 12.5.30 (CentOS 6.5) to Onyx (Centos 7)?
I would like migrate the server, and i do not know if is possible that.
Thanks!!
Sorry for my bad english

We moved a Plesk 12.5 (CentOS 6.8) to Onyx (CentOS 7.2) using the migration tool with no issues. Be sure to set IPs on both servers to SHARED and the migration should be fine. (You can switch them back to DEDICATED after the migration).

Only thing that didn't migrate was any manually entered directives in the APACHE/NGINX section, we had to copy them by hand.

Have fun - it's easy and totally worth it.
