Is ProFTPD version 1.3.2e and 1.3.3d safe/secure?

I have read some posts here regarding the security bugs with ProFTPD and i'am confused.

Is ProFTPD 1.3.2e and ProFTPD 1.3.3d secure versions? And what version of ProFTPD is not secure?

Would the Parallels team please answer this?
