Is there a way to send a mass email to all the clients in plesk?

Unfortunately not! Despite the many requests including from employees at Plesk

However, their loss is 4PSA's gain.

Power Toys will allow you to either email all clients or all domain owners. Check near the end of this thread for a current version link.
