Is /usr/local/psa/bin/admin broken?

I ran:

/usr/local/psa/bin/admin --update -manage_server_actionlog false
/usr/local/psa/bin/admin --update -manage_server_reboot false
/usr/local/psa/bin/admin --update -manage_server_shutdown false
/usr/local/psa/bin/admin --update -allow_local_backups false

and all four reported "SUCCESS: Administrator's preferences are successfully updated" yet the things they were supposed to hide are not gone and still work.

This option change behaviour only for custom view. Documentation will be updated.
