  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Issue Adding Custom Log to Site Log View - Internal Error: Failed to load tree data

Obsidian 18.0.67 Update 2
Hello,

Every time I try to add a custom log to the log view of a website, I encounter an error, and the list of directories on the server does not load. The error message displayed is:
"Internal error, fail to load tridata."

I have noticed that a similar issue has been reported in a version related to FTP user creation. However, in this case, the problem occurs when linking custom logs to a domain.

The server is currently running Obsidian 18.0.67 Update 2 on Debian 10.13.

Thank you.

Hello! The issue you reported is a bug we are currently fixing. The developers are struggling to release the fix shortly (I believe this week but can't give any particular ETA). You'll see it in the Change Log - the reference for the bug should be "PPPM-14834"

We have released an update today which fixes the issue with the "Failed to load tree data" error. If you have automatic updates enabled this update should be installed automatically overnight. Plesk Obsidian 18.0.67
Fixed the issue where File Manager failed to open with the “Failed to load tree data” error. (PPPM-14834)

If the issue still persists, please let us know.
