Issue Issue Related to ip address

Hello Everyone.
I am trying to install Plesk Control panel on my server.

But unfortunately when i try to install it my server does not show its Public Ip during plesk installation but only Private Ip Address.
My server's public Ip is : 212.47.230.100
And private ip is: 10.3.94.3

I asked my hosting provider to help me regarding this issue but they just said
"You simply need to generate a private key for your server and then you will be able to use the public ip. Unefortunately we don't provide assistance about it."

Hi,

Do you have an access to the server?

Please enable option below and show the information from /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log
# show.util_exec = on
